Living with a heart condition: Congestive heart failure / STEMI
I posted in the introduction part about my husband (68) who had a STEMI heart attack 6 months ago.
I would still like some hands to hold as it is scary seeing him yo yo between good days and not so good days. We walk about 15 minutes each day and he climbs the stairs on average 5 or 6 times a day for the cardio work out. However, sometimes we have to miss our daily walk for some reason and the next day he feels unable to do the usual round but needs to do a shorter one. This concerns me more than him. Is this ok or not ?
I just feel the progress is one step forward and one step back most of the time, and would like to see real progress. Will this come eventually ? Anyone here who has the same or similar, please reply, or send me a PM. Thanks
