hi, had a pacemaker fitted about 3 months ago, any advise would to the do's and don'ts

Hi Thomas, I had a pacemaker fitted 3 wks ago (13/1/12). I was told by my consultant to take it easy for first few days,no lifting the arm that the pacemaker was fitted above shoulder height. After my 6 wk check up i should be ok to just go back to my normal life.The only thing that you have to be careful of is magnet's.
