Hi everybody sorry to bother you all again but my heart disease risk factor survey ends this Sunday at midnight. Thanks to all those who have already taken part but I would like to appeal to anyone who has a spare 5 minutes to take part for me. I understand that you all lead busy lives but the more participants I get the better the data and overall results. And hopefully I will be able to give some feedback on my findings that may be of interest to you! 

Thanks in advance to anyone who agrees to help!

I am a 3rd year Human Biology student and I am investigatiing The publics knowledge, awareness and understanding of Heart Disease. Please could you take a few minutes of your day to fill in my survey?

I found a couple of the questoins hard to answer. It's not always easy to choose between "true" and "false"

Thank you for your participation, I understand what you mean but for the purpose of the research I needed an either/or answer, thank you for the feedback though it can help me when discussing any flaws in the method of research :)
