I tend to do a lot of sport and it's often hard to know what types of food to eat before or just after completing a run or playing football or playing badminton. Badminton really is a cardio sport so doesn't burn calories but football and running as far as I know are more fat burning exercises. It would be interesting to hear what others eat to give their bodies fuel just before or after these activities which are good for you and your heart.
